Extreme Porcelain thin veneers
Extreme Porcelain thin veneers can be made for cases with little or no preparation. Custom made shells of tooth colored materials are placed over the front surface of teeth, which can incredibly improve tooth appearance. Our thin veneers can be placed over a damaged or discolored tooth, disastema, closing the spaces or triangles.

Extreme Porcelain thin veneers  are custom hand waxed to shape the ideal contours. After waxing, it is invested and pressed with ceramic ingot which is chosen to match the natural color of tooth. For more blocking results (tetracycline discolored) we use ingots with higher capacity which can easily be matched with different shadings of bonding material.

For the most cases natured esthetics and best gingival health, tooth preparation is recommended.  We can help you design any case. Extreme Veneers can be as thin as 0.3 mm  and, once bonded they are unbelievably strong.  In cases involving no prep, staining technique is the only one you can use and at Extreme Porcelain we specialize in this technique with over 20 years of technician and lab work experience.  You can see the difference between our Veneers and monochromatic Lumineers.  If your case requires any type of translucent incisal in prepped case we can build in any type of characterization using cut back technique. We use Smile Guide book in all cases because, we feel it is very important to choose the right shape for each individual case. Please feel free to call any time if you have questions. You can send study model and we will design prep guide model (show you which area you need to reduce for best cosmetics results) or wax up for your future case.

Cut-Back Technique
With the opalescent IPS Empress Esthetic Veneer layering materials, the veneer technique has come yet another step closer to imitating nature. In the cut-back technique, the incisal third of fully anatomical IPS Empress Esthetic or IPS Empress CAD restorations is reduced to a dentin-mamelon structure. Subsequently, internal characteristics, such as mamelons, are applied using the Wash pastes.

These specially shaded and ready-mixed two-in-one pastes enable a homogeneous bond and improve the natural aesthetics of the overall result. Fourteen layering materials, of which three are opalescent, are available for building up the incisal third
